We asked you to submit the burning questions you have for our Cowboys and promised to get them answered. We didn’t get as many questions as we thought we would, but we put them to our Gigolos stars to provide the answers for you.
Here is what they had to say:
1. Do any of you every have trouble performing your job duties?
Our job is to be thoughtful, witty, caring and attentive to ensure our clients are completely happy. As individuals who truly care about the people we interact with, being those things is not difficult at all. As in any job, and as in life, you are going to have good days and bad days. They key though, is to never bring the outside into an appointment. We are completely focused on and attentive to the person we are with, and rightfully so, because our purpose in that time is to ensure they feel completely cared for. We build a rapport with our clients, whether for an evening, for a week, or for multiple appointments over time. We genuinely believe all women are beautiful, and maybe that’s what distinguishes us from others in this business. When you have that belief, you want to provide the attention, care and protection that individual deserves. In that time, nothing else matters but the person we are with.
2. Do you think it makes business sense to focus on women only?
This question was obviously submitted by someone who feels Cowboys 4 Angels should expand its focus to include male clientele. When companies are formed, they decide what their focus will be and the type of customer they will serve. When this agency was formed, we chose to focus on providing elite straight male companions for women. Whether someone agrees with that choice or not, doesn’t matter. We make no apology for the focus we as a company choose to have and we are very up front in stating who our clientele are. We will not dilute our focus to include other categories of clientele. There are enough agencies out there that already provide that service. We choose to stick with what we know and love — women!
3. What is the biggest misconception about Gigolos?
Given the many misconceptions out there about companions overall, we think the biggest misconception is that we are egotistical. We are actually very normal, down-to-earth men. We have normal lives outside of work, just like other people do. Our job is about doing our best to be giving and caring individuals whose ultimate goal is to make women happy. Ego usually translates to selfishness, and there is no room for that here. A Gigolo will never be hired by this agency if he is an egotistic or selfish person, but if someone should somehow make it through the screening process, ultimately they would never be successful as a Gigolo with those traits.
4. Is it difficult to be at ease with cameras filming your every move?
As we prepare to launch Season Six of the show, we really don’t notice the cameras. When we are interacting with each other, we focus on each other. When we are with a client, we are focused on that client. Everything else is just background noise that we essentially tune out. The cameras really just become part of the landscape.
