Cowboys4Angels has an all-female staff dedicated to finding, vetting, and maintaining the most elite professional straight male companions in the United States. While a lot of men think they have what it takes, our staff is far more discerning.

Our process begins with an individual screening between our all-female staff and the qualified candidate, followed by a full background check, identity verification, and personality assessment. This is not an overnight process. We often spend weeks working with and getting to know a candidate, compiling as much information about his personality, character, and interests as possible. We work hard to evaluate each candidate for substance, emotional maturity, and professionalism.

Each candidate must receive the stamp of approval from ALL staff members to make it to the final stage.

Once approved, the process doesn’t stop there! The gentlemen receive annual reviews and ongoing background checks.
