Ditch The Rainy Day Beach Blues

Every year, Anna looked forward to spending her summer in gorgeous Rehoboth Beach. As the only child of a successful lobbyist in Washington D.C., Anna and her parents always spent the summer season at their gorgeous and large beachside Victorian less than a block away from the famous boardwalk and sprawling sand dunes. As an adult, she carried on the traditions, after inheriting her family’s beach house, sometimes bringing along a girlfriend or two for some time, yet mostly spending the time alone, reminiscing about her childhood summers spent at this very place. Usually, her days were well-filled with laying on the sand, soaking up the sun, cooling off in the ocean and walking along the boardwalk. While, other times she preferred to shop in the small stores in the heart of town, or enjoy a frozen drink while people-watching. Yet nothing quite got her goat as much as when it stormed.
